High strength GPPS plastic pellet material PG-33

GPPS, or General Purpose Polystyrene, is a versatile and high-performance thermoplastic known for its exceptional fluidity, ease of demolding, and outstanding optical properties. This material is widely used across various industries due to its ability to produce clear, glossy, and durable products. With a melt flow rate of 8 g/10min at 200°C/5kg, GPPS ensures excellent processability during injection molding, making it ideal for complex and detailed parts. Its tensile fracture stress of 48 MPa and nominal fracture strain of 2% highlight its mechanical strength, while the flexural modulus of 3100 MPa and bending strength of 79 MPa further emphasize its structural integrity. The Charpy impact strength of 9 kJ/m² at 23°C adds to its toughness, and the Vicat softening temperature of 91°C indicates good thermal stability. Additionally, with a density of 1040 kg/m³ and a water absorption rate below 0.1%, GPPS offers reliable performance in a wide range of applications.
